Warranty conditions:
- The customer must have to inform the society Dogwatch Romania , about the deffection ;
- Have to fill the warranty form with the problems what you noticed;
- The customer have to send back the product with a carrier ;
DogWatch Romania will fix or change it for his own cost , in case that Dogwatch Romania consider that product or piece of product deffect.
DogWatch Romania is not responsable for special , indirect or important damage due not coresponding use .
The warranty of the products can be lose in the following cases:
-In case that the remote control is not saved from water;
- In case that the antenna of the remote control is broken ;
- If the remote control is damamged ;
- If the receiver is damaged by a car or other utility;
- If the receiver is damaged by the dog
- If the product is lost and can't be returned to the DogWatch Romania.
